Barre Pilates – What is it?
Barre workouts have taken the world by storm as a fantastic low impact class to strengthen your body, challenging the muscular endurance of the entire body.
The Barre Pilates Method simplifies complex ballet technique and combines it with Pilates principles to deliver a safe, effective, flowing workout for everyone, with no need of dance experience.
Benefits of participating in a barre class include: increased flexibility, better balance, improved posture, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, stronger bones,an increased mind/body connection and awareness.
Clients have reported knee, ankle and foot pain disappearing, stronger legs and more flexible hips.

If you’re already sporty it can also enhance athletic performance in other sports too, I’ve had Skiers, Snowboarders and Triathletes (men as well as women!) be amazed at how this workout has complimented their training.

All equipment provided, bring water, wear comfortable clothes we work barefoot or with sticky socks.
