I used to use a step to put my washing on the line. Now I do Pilates I don’t need it anymore, I’ve grown!

Louise stands out for her knowledge, planning, and her active style of teaching so that I always feel she will intervene if I am not doing a movement correctly.

I really enjoy the intermediate classes with Louise. They’re just the right level for me and the classes are fun and engaging. I always feel stretched and refreshed afterwards. Louise has a great way of teaching which is both fun and smiley and technically accurate so I never feel worried about over-stretching. If you’d like to try fun classes with an experienced and friendly teacher these are a good place to start.

I have classes both in person and online and I am happy to say that both are great! I had one week off after regularly attending two classes a week and lost a centimetre in height!

I’ve been doing Louise’s Barre Pilates classes for a little while now and I really love them! I was keen to work on my core strength and give my back a good workout and the class does both of those things. Louise works you hard, but the class is still enjoyable and I can feel the difference afterwards and the fact my endurance for it has increased over the weeks too.

Louise’s classes are great! I have gained so much from both 1-2-1 sessions and her online classes. Instruction is always clear and safe and I feel amazing after a session. She’s always available for chat after class if you have any concerns. I would highly recommend her.
